Meet our Founder/Camp Director

Emily Estroff is the founder of South Florida Select Softball and the head softball coach at Cardinal Gibbons High School, bringing both elite playing experience and a deep passion for athlete development to everything she does. A proud South Florida native, Emily played NCAA Division I softball for five years, earning her undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and her master’s degree from Liberty University. Having experienced the recruiting process firsthand, she recognized a real need for greater exposure and genuine opportunities for talented athletes in South Florida. This exposure camp was created to bridge that gap, providing a platform where players can be seen, challenged, and guided as they pursue their goals of competing at the collegiate level. Through high-level instruction, meaningful exposure, and connections with top college coaches, Emily’s mission is to help the next generation of athletes believe in their potential and confidently chase their dreams.
